One of our Party Coordinators will contact you to confirm the details of your party.
If your preferred date & time are not available, your alternate choice will be confirmed if available or we’ll provide other close options. Keep in mind that birthday parties can only be scheduled on Saturdays & Sundays.
The Party Coordinator will provide you with the information you need so your party will be exactly what you envision and can also answer any questions you have.
Once you approve the details of your party including date, time, package, additional guests above 10, and add-ons you want to purchase in advance, our Party Coordinator will book your party.
We require that you pay the Package Price only as a deposit. You can also pay for your additional guests above 10 and add-ons in advance if you prefer or you can wait until you arrive for your party.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, AMEX and will take your information over the phone. If local, you can make your payment at Destination Fun if you prefer.
Once we have your payment, your party is confirmed.
If you have additions or changes to make prior to your party date, please contact us and let us know. If you have last minute changes such as additional guests or add-ons, we will gladly accommodate what you need!
Please keep in mind that once confirmed, your date and 2 hour time frame belong to you. We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel your party so we can book the slot for someone else. If you have a family emergency the day of and have to cancel, you must let us know. We do not issue refunds for no shows for any reason.
We look forward to hosting your child’s birthday party and know you and your guests will have a FUNtastic time at Destination Fun! Don’t forget that as the host, you can arrive 30 minutes prior to setup and decorate the party area.
